Rubber wood finger jointed boards

Jacteek Rubber Wood Boards are kiln dried finger jointed boards in 8’x4’ size and in various thickness. It is manufactured in a state of the art factory and goes through the following processes. Latex mark free sawn wood is treated to ensure that it will be able to withstand the necessary pressures of manufacturing as well as artificially ensure its longevity. Preservatives applied to the wood so that it will have increased resistance to fungal and termite attacks before sealing it all in together in a vacuum state using a pressure chamber. Once the timber is dry, prepare it for cross-cutting which helps to get only the most useful pieces of wood and strips away lower quality wood and debris from the timber. These specially cut pieces are then carefully molded and joined together to create finger joints, which are long pieces of adjoining wood to make it a perfect board.

It is a Wood-PVC combination board which can be used in wet areas as a better alternate to plywood and similar panels. The technical name of the product is WPC Curst Foam Board.It is fire retarded, water proof, heat/cold resistant, anti-ultraviolet, anti corrosion, anti-decay.Its is 100% formaldehyde free. No toxic gas is produced during its process. Its durability features are, Aging–resistant, no deformation, no shrinking, no cracking, no de-colouring, pest resistant. It does not absorb moisture thus does not deform . It will last for more than 50 years. This board is unique compared to the white colour PVC boards available in the market as WPC boards has the combined advantage of plastic and wood. The white coloured boards are 100% plastic and does not have the ageing properties of wood. The leftover cut pieces can be recycled 15 times and hence environment friendly.It can be processed by means of nailing, boring, plane, chiseling, riveting, sticking etc. and it can be painted, printed, laminated, embossed etc. The boards are offered in 8’x4’ size and in 18mm and 6mm thickness.The density of Jacwud WPC is 550 kg.

SuperD HDF

Jacwud SuperD is a High Density Fibre Board which has been accepted in the market as the BEST AVAILABLE MDF IN INDIA. It is an advanced version of Jacwud® where density is improved by loading more fibre content. It has even more Anti –fungal properties and is widely used for moulding and carving works. The density of Superd is around 800-860 kg which is the highest natural density reported for thick HDF boards across the global . Going by technical definition , this board is HDF ( High Density fibre ) boards which has more characteristics than even the marine plywood. The inherent stability, ease of machining and eco friendly characteristics of JACWUD SUPERD MDF, creates endless opportunities for it to be used as an alternative to plywood and solid wood.
